Parks and Trails Board

The Parks and Trails Board is a volunteer Board that receives staff support from the Powell County Planning Department to plan for new trail projects and manage existing parks and trail networks in Powell County. The Parks Board is responsible for Arrowstone Park, Old Yellowstone Trail, and the Johnson Creek Connector Trail. To report an issue or maintenance need, please contact the Powell County Planning Department.
