Open Riding

Open riding is $5.00 per head per rider per day. The use of lighting and heaters are not available during this time. There are drop boxes located outside the pavilion on the West entrance.  Please complete a Hold Harmless Agreement for each rider before participating.

Overnight Stalling

Overnight stalling is available in the small horse barn.  Directions and a drop box for payment are located on the south end of the building.  Cost is $25.00 per head. Feed is not provided and renter must use own water bucket

Camp Sites

Camping sites are available for those who would like to stay overnight. The cost is $30.00 for spaces with electricity and $15.00 for dry camping.

Large Arena

Our fairgrounds has one of the largest outdoor arenas in the state and is a favorite for horse shows, rodeos and other events. There is a crow’s nest and a PA system can be rented separately for an additional charge. The large arena is available to rent for $300.00 per event and also includes the rental of the small arena if needed. A deposit of $500.00 is required.

Small Arena

The small arena is a great place to hold a horse show or horsemanship clinic.  There is a crow’s nest and a PA system can be rented separately for an additional charge.  The rental fee is $100.00 for the event with a $500.00 refundable deposit. If the large arena is rented, the small arena is free for your event.

Exhibit Hall

Our exhibit hall is great place to hold a bizarre, rummage sales and of course display all the great entries at the Tri-County Fair.  The rental fee is $100.00 for the 1st day and $50.00 for each additional day. A deposit of $500.00 is required.  The kitchen located in the exhibit hall can be rented for an additional fee.

Exhibit Hall Kitchen

The rental fee for the kitchen is $200.00 for the 1st day and $50.00 for each addition day of your event plus a propane deposit of $75.00. There is also a $500.00 refundable deposit for the facility rental.  If the tank is filled at the end of your event, the deposit will be refunded.

Pavilion Kitchen

The commercial kitchen in the Blue Ribbon Pavilion is complete and is ready for your event. The rental fee for the kitchen is $200.00 for the 1st day and $50.00 for each addition day of your event. A deposit of $500.00 is required. 

Picnic Area

The covered picnic area is the perfect outdoor location to hold a birthday, graduation party or any outdoor gathering. We have several picnic tables and a large grassy area to give your guests plenty of space to enjoy the festivities. Electricity is available at this facility.  The rental fee is $50.00 per event with a $500.00 refundable deposit.

Small Show Ring

Looking for something smaller?  Our small show ring is covered and has seating available. This is the perfect facility for dog shows, obedience lessons, magic shows or watching a hypnotist.  During the fair, this ring hosts the dog, cat, rabbit and poultry shows.  The rental fee is $50.00 per event and a refundable deposit of $500.00 is required.

Panels

Panels for stalling can be rented upon request. The board will determine a flat fee based on how many panels are needed.  A deposit may be required.

PA System

We have portable PA systems available for a rental fee of $150.00 per event and a refundable deposit of $250.00.

6’ Tables

Need tables for your event? We have 40 tables that we use throughout the year that that will work perfectly for you.  Tables can be rented for $2.00 each and a $50.00 refundable damage deposit.

Blue Ribbon Pavillion

Blue Ribbon Pavilion Mission Statement:  Whereas the primary function and the continued vision of the Blue Ribbon Pavilion is to dedicate itself to providing a safe and secure environment for future and present youth activities, while also providing a place for community development.

The Blue Ribbon Pavilion is a 150 ft x 200 ft multi-purpose indoor arena facility with an open floor plan.  Events that have been held in the past were ranch horse competition clinics, reining horse clinics, barrel racing competitions, team roping competitions, reining cow horse competitions, cutting horse competitions, cattle shows, horse shows, horse auctions and dog agility trial competitions.  Other possible uses for the facility are weddings, benefits, farm/tractor shows, expos, music festivals, etc.  We also encourage any ideas that the community/businesses/organizations may have to help enhance the use of the building along with any type of event they would like to see hosted in the building. 

The Blue Ribbon Pavilion can be reserved for special events or appropriate group activities.  There are special rates for non-profit organizations.  All reservations require the event organizer to provide a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy naming the Blue Ribbon Pavilion-Powell County as an additional insured.  A clean-up/damage deposit of $500 per event is also required and a $100 non-refundable reservation deposit is due at booking.  Fees are required to be paid and a lease agreement signed prior to the schedule date of the reservation.  Click here for the lease agreement.  Click here for the Hold Harmless Agreement.

The Blue Ribbon Pavilion has a strict policy against any glass bottles being brought onto the grounds or into the arena/stall area.  If the Blue Ribbon Pavilion staff retrieves any glass bottles during or after event cleanup,  the organizer’s cleaning deposit will not be refunded.

We would LOVE to have more businesses and organizations advertise in the building. As part of this advertising fee, you will be become a part of our “Friends of the Pavilion” program. This will include advertising during the events, website coverage, a web link from this site to your site, information packets (which will include information about your business/organizations) given to organizations hosting events in the building, radio coverage during select events, and a tri-fold brochure to be handed out during the events which will include information about your business or organization.  Annual Advertising fee is $300 per year and your 4’ x 8” sign will be seen at our events!!
